About
Ryan Garr (Owner/PM)is a Mechanical Engineer and Construction Management professional with extensive experience supporting capital projects, complemented by a strong hands-on background in metal fabrication and industrial demolition. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and has built his career working across engineering design, construction management, and field execution.
In addition to his engineering and construction background, Ryan brings decades of practical industry experience as a Metal Fabricator / Equipment installer with BGarr LLC, Krause Mfg. and Steel Co. Fabricators, specializing in equipment installation, system retrofits, structural fabrication, and industrial equipment repair. This hands-on foundation strengthens his practical approach to constructability, safety, and problem-solving in complex field environments.

Bill Garr (Senior Consultant) is a founder of BGarr LLC, with more than 50 years of experience in metal fabrication, including four decades in the heavy industrial recycling industry. His background spans fabrication, project execution, equipment design, and large‑scale system installations for recycling facilities across the U.S. and abroad.
Bill began his career at Krause Manufacturing, advancing from shop fabricator to lead fabricator and foreman while building conveyor systems and full Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs). In addition to fabrication, he managed on‑site recycling system installations and contributed to R&D of specialized recycling equipment and other specialized equipment such as the KMI SeaLift.
Following Krause’s acquisition by CP Group, Bill supported large capital recycling projects as a project manager, field service technician, and technical sales representative. In the late 1990s, he founded BG Manufacturing, later BGarr LLC, which he transitioned to full‑time operation in 2013 where he specialized in conveyor rebuilds, recycling system retrofits, and new equipment design and installations, while also supporting industrial projects outside the recycling sector that benefit from his deep fabrication and project knowledge.
